SPH Analytics Ranked #1 Analytics Firm on List of Top 50 Disruptive Health IT Companies

SPH Analytics, a leader in healthcare Triple Aim solutions for providers and health plans, was ranked as #1 in the Analytics category and #6 Overall in the Top 50 Disruptive Health IT Companies by Black Book Research.

The companies included in the list were recognized by healthcare providers and payers as progressive leaders in digital transformation and innovation efforts in Black Book’s recent 2017 Emerging Vendors survey. Black Book classified each vendor by the market category where they predominantly serve, and SPH Analytics earned the #1 spot in the Analytics category with the highest score (9.77 out of 10), and also ranked as the sixth highest rated vendor overall.

“We are honored to be recognized by Black Book Research for our innovative solutions and commitment to customer success,” said Amy Amick, CEO of SPH Analytics. “This honor is confirmation that the innovative SPH vision to create value at the intersection of health, value, and experience is critically important. We are delighted that our laser focus on outcomes for our clients is recognized by this ranking.”

For their vendor rankings, Black Book identified the top fifty customer satisfaction rated vendors in crowdsourced polls with nearly 1500 client recommendations for specific categories of products and tech services. The top ranked health IT companies were selected because they offer disruptive capability and received the highest scores for positive client experiences in that category.

Black Book Research issues annual client experience, brand loyalty, and satisfaction rankings for a variety of technology and managed services fields, including ambulatory/physician electronic health record (EHR), Health Information Exchanges (HIE), banking, insurance, education, outsourcing and government.
