Jim McCormick Joins SPH Analytics as Chief Financial Officer
SPH Analytics (SPH), a leader in healthcare Triple Aim solutions for providers and health plans, today announced that Jim McCormick has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to SPH CEO, Amy Amick, and based in the company’s headquarters in Alpharetta, GA, Jim will oversee the finance and accounting organization, as well as the legal and human resource departments. As an experienced financial executive in the IT and SaaS space, Jim brings a history of strategic and operational excellence to the SPH executive team during a significant growth period for the company.

Before joining SPH, Jim was Chief Financial Officer at Silverpop, a SaaS Marketing Automation provider, where he overhauled the strategic plan and re-directed the company from consumer web services to a $2+ billion SaaS Marketing Cloud, achieving revenue growth of 50% prior to acquisition by IBM. Before Silverpop Jim was Chief Financial Officer at b2b e-commerce provider Harbinger Corporation where he managed the finance, treasury, accounting, investor relations, and TQM functions and assisted in the turnaround of its operations prior to acquisition.
Jim graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
