Symphony Advanced Media CEO Charles Buchwalter to Explore Measurement Challenges at TV of Tomorrow Conference

Symphony Advanced Media, the leading data technology and research firm that passively measures integrated cross-media consumption, today announced that its president and CEO Charles Buchwalter will speak at the TV of Tomorrow (TVOT) conference, which is being held at the SVA Theatre, 333 West 23rd Street in New York, New York, Thursday, Dec. 3.

Buchwalter will join the panel “Measuring TV Everywhere,” which is scheduled for 9:15 a.m. to 10:10 a.m. in the Silas Theatre. It will be a deep dive into the challenges and solutions involved in cross-platform measurement given the many ways that today’s consumers watch TV. He will reference recent data from SymphonyAM on mid-fall season viewing habits, including millennials’ preferences including platforms used, the inherent limitations of legacy currency ratings, and why SymphonyAM’s approach to single source, passive cross platform measurement represents the next generation of cross media audience measurement.
