Symphony Performance Health to Provide Enterprise Patient Perception Solutions for Surgical Care Affiliates

Symphony Performance Health (SPH), a leader in patient perception and action analytics for healthcare providers, announced today that Deerfield, Illinois-based Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA) has expanded its relationship with SPH to include adoption of the SPH Perform patient satisfaction solution to analyze patient perception across more than 175 ambulatory surgery centers in the U.S.
SCA selected Perform for its actionable data and unique analytic tools that provide real-time access to results and service recovery tracking. SCA will continue to utilize the SPH-embedded Net Promoter Score analysis to highlight opportunities for improvement. This focus on continuous quality improvement is evidence of SCA’s vision to be the partner of choice for physicians, hospitals, and health systems across the country.
