First Advantage Takes Background Screening To the Next Level With Enterprise Advantage

New Single Global Platform Offers State of the Art, Mobile Friendly and Multi-lingual User Experience

ALPHARETTA, Ga. and CHICAGO at the SHRM 2013 Annual Conference, Booth 626 (June 16, 2013) – First Advantage, a Symphony Technology Group (STG) company, today unveiled Enterprise Advantage, its new multi-lingual offering that builds on the company’s foundation as the world’s leading provider of global background screening solutions. Backed by more than 4,000 associates in 26 offices around the world, First Advantage serves 41,000 clients and touches 16 million people in 225 countries.

Designed based on extensive customer feedback, Enterprise Advantage is the industry’s first single global platform that gives employers a 360-degree view of their candidates and complete visibility into their program. In use today by top multi-national organizations, Enterprise Advantage allows employers to manage a comprehensive screening program including the ability to conduct criminal searches, manage wellness programs and substance abuse testing, ensure proper identity and eligibility, and track credentials and references. Enterprise Advantage has been designed to support multiple languages easily; this was a critical part of the platform to also allow candidates to enter information in their local language.

The new, easy-to-navigate user interface in Enterprise Advantage is an intuitive design meant to increase user adoption and satisfaction. It leverages the latest approach to consumerization, using visual cues as well as clean and simple workflows to easily progress current and future talent through the process. Mobile friendly, Enterprise Advantage can be used on tablets and smartphones, a key factor for users in those countries and industries where access to traditional desktop computers isn’t practical. Because using Enterprise Advantage is similar to the typical consumer experience on ubiquitous applications such as Google and Facebook, support calls are greatly reduced and no special training is required.

Mark Parise, CEO of First Advantage, said, “Our identity and information solutions are used daily by people ranging from larger multi-national organizations to small local businesses. It’s feedback from this expansive group we used to develop the next version of our offering and enable us to deliver exactly what they need. Not only does Enterprise Advantage provide a superior user experience, it includes the complex business rules and analytics that help employers mitigate risk and leverage actionable data. We’re excited to unveil Enterprise Advantage here at the SHRM Annual Conference, which is the world’s largest gathering of HR professionals.”
